Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to uncover trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing data insights to support executive decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
