Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data sources through rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, timely reports and summaries for management to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with scripting languages like Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and accuracy.
