- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and cleansing processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for product and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Proven ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects required
