Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within large, complex datasets to support business objectives.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (SQL, APIs, Excel) into structured formats suitable for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models to forecast trends and solve specific business problems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose logical solutions.
