Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and perform ad-hoc analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical models and techniques to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and recommend automated solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with large datasets and ensure high data accuracy.
