Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify areas for operational improvement by analyzing current workflows and data flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
