Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Automate reporting workflows using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and scripting tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong programming experience in Python or R for data manipulation
