Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders across departments
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses
- Cleanse, transform, and model large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Ability to translate technical findings into business narratives
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects
