You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge analytics tools. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while maintaining in-office collaboration twice weekly.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, Tableau)
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong Python skills with experience in Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects required
