Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user journeys
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Implement data quality checks and improve data governance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong problem-solving with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills translating data to business impact
