Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting

- Validate data integrity and implement robust data quality control measures
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling narratives and visual storytelling

- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with government or civic tech organizations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with spatial data analysis (GIS) preferred
