Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and cleansing protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar data analytics platform preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
