Responsibilities
- Analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify patient trends and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and clinical teams
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast patient admission rates and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time KPIs to department heads
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expert proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time series analysis)
