Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key performance metrics and trends
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track campaign performance
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and data storytelling presentations
- Automate reporting processes using Python or R to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all analytical outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
