Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support long-term business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits, quality checks, and cleansing processes.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, extracting, and manipulating complex databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical insights into business value for non-technical audiences.
