Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from relational databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product performance
- Prepare comprehensive reports with data-driven recommendations for executive leadership
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling
