Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency of reporting systems
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
