What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business objectives.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that highlight key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes.
