Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
