Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and implement data collection frameworks
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Design and automate data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (3+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
