Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into analytical models.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
