Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Create automated reporting workflows to deliver real-time insights to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track feature adoption
- Document data methodologies and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
