Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish data-driven metrics
- Design and implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Present analytical findings through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
