Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Monitor market trends and competitor analytics to inform strategic planning
- Maintain documentation of data models, methodologies, and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and marketing analytics frameworks
