Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling techniques
- Strong business acumen to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) is a plus
