Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of data-driven decisions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis methods
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
