Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven strategies
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling visual narratives
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product improvements
- Maintain and improve data governance frameworks for compliance and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression
