Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient reporting
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide real-time insights during critical business periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming capabilities in Python or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
