Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accuracy and accessibility
- Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis validation to optimize product performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data analysis projects
