Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and execute breach mitigation
- Implement zero-trust architectures and cloud security controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security posture improvements
- Document security protocols and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity (SOC, incident response, or pentesting)
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in threat detection tools (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevSecOps
- Strong analytical skills for threat hunting and root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
