Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in equity options trading platforms during weekend hours
- Implement advanced threat detection protocols for financial data systems
- Conduct penetration testing on options trading APIs and market data feeds
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure SOX and SEC regulatory adherence
- Develop automated playbooks for rapid incident response in trading environments
- Lead security assessments for new derivatives product launches
- Maintain SIEM correlation rules specific to options market volatility patterns
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with financial services experience
- CISSP/CISM certification required (CEH preferred)
