Responsibilities
- Monitor and protect equity options trading systems against cyber threats using SIEM tools
- Conduct penetration testing on trading APIs and order management systems
- Develop incident response plans for market manipulation attacks
- Implement zero-trust architecture for trading platform access
- Collaborate with regulatory teams on FINRA/SEC compliance
- Lead security audits for options clearing systems
- Train traders on social engineering prevention
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience in financial services
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Expertise in options trading protocols and market data systems
- Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, and Splunk
- Knowledge of SEC Regulation NMS and FINRA rules
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) for trading platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
