Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks for digital asset protection
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Develop equity option security protocols for sensitive financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on threat intelligence analysis
- Lead incident response coordination for security breaches
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior cybersecurity professionals on advanced security techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with options/financial security focus
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH required
- Expertise in encryption protocols and secure transaction systems
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and threat detection tools
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (SOX, FINRA)
- Proven track record of leading security audits and compliance initiatives
- Excellent written communication for security documentation and reports
