Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures across cloud and hybrid environments
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and incident response operations
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of enterprise systems
- Develop security automation tools using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain SIEM platforms (Splunk/Sentinel) and correlate security events
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Provide mentorship to junior security analysts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with CISSP or CISM certification
- Expert knowledge of NIST frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS controls
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure security services and network segmentation
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant/Recorded Future)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with GRC tools (Qualys/Rapid7)
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
