Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and SIEM dashboards for anomalies 24/7 during weekends.
- Conduct real-time threat hunting and incident response for critical security breaches.
- Analyze network traffic logs to identify potential malicious activities.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management updates.
- Document security incidents and generate detailed reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SOC or Security Operations Center roles.
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, GSEC, Security+, CEH.
- Strong proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
