Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during weekend shifts
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with 15-minute SLA
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on critical systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless incident handover
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance logs
- Implement firewall rules and access control modifications
- Participate in quarterly weekend tabletop exercises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Active CISSP or Security+ certification
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with NIST framework implementation
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure situations
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license for on-site requirements
