Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents 24/7
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Document security procedures and incident reports
- Stay updated on emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in security operations or incident response
- CompTIA Security+/CISSP/CISM certification preferred
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
