Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with incident response teams.
- Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and VPNs.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Perform penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).
- Experience with incident response and forensics.
