Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Analyze threat intelligence and provide actionable reports
- Manage incident response lifecycle from detection to remediation
- Conduct security awareness training for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
