Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and security documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
- Provide security awareness training to employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity analysis or incident response
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Experience with threat detection (EDR, IDS/IPS)
- Proficiency in network protocols and Windows/Linux systems
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure) frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
