Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security standards. We need someone detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
- Investigate security breaches and develop incident response plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with IT teams to patch systems and improve overall security posture.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and operating systems.
- Experience with threat intelligence and malware analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites if required.
