Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for suspicious activity
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Incident response including threat analysis and mitigation
- Develop and maintain security documentation and policies
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and system architectures
