Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Incident response coordination and forensic investigation of security breaches
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, playbooks, reports)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations with SIEM experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or CompTIA Security+)
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in threat detection
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
