As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be the first line of defense against cyber threats, ensuring our clients' data remains secure and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with IT teams to design secure network architectures.
- Perform security audits and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Provide security awareness training to non-technical staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
