Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents within SLA
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, policies)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on threat intelligence
- Implement network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Perform incident post-mortem analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations (SOC, IR, or Threat Hunting)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Wireshark, Nmap)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and compliance
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
