Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for client systems
- Develop incident response plans and lead breach remediation efforts
- Implement network security controls and firewall configurations
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity roles (SOC analyst, penetration tester, or similar)
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners
- Experience with incident response protocols and NIST frameworks
- Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid U.S. work authorization and clean background check
