Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to cyber incidents in real-time
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop/implement security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with IT teams on threat detection and mitigation strategies
- Analyze security logs and forensic data for threat intelligence
- Manage security tools including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection
- Document security incidents and prepare executive reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH) preferred
- Expertise in security protocols (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
