Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for real-time threat detection
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop incident response playbooks and coordinate breach mitigation efforts
- Analyze malware samples and reverse-engineer attack vectors
- Implement zero-trust architecture principles across hybrid cloud environments
- Generate executive-level security reports and risk mitigation recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation
