Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats using SIEM tools
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Participate in tabletop exercises and real-world incident response drills
- Analyze network traffic patterns to identify anomalous activities
- Conduct security awareness training for employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Passionate about technology and cybersecurity (no experience necessary)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
