Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and analyze threat intelligence feeds
- Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement remediation actions
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop security documentation including incident response plans and risk assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Stay current on emerging threats and security trends through continuous training
- Participate in security awareness campaigns for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
